A good diet helps greatly to provide an optimal state of health to the individual. This premise must be taken into account. That is why we must educate and raise awareness among the people around us of their vital importance.

The field of food and nutrition for many years has been in the background in our society. He was not given the importance it really has. We currently have a health system based on healing; prevention must be our first goal and cure leave it in a second term. In economic terms, adequate prevention programs would help us reduce current health spending, mostly focused on palliative or curative treatments.

The advancement of the sciences that support nutrition such as biochemistry, molecular biology, pathophysiology, toxicology, dietetics and bromatology make nutrition a fascinating science for modern and applied, which also forces us to contemplate it not only with scientific eyes but also humans.

The field of food and nutrition affects the entire society, so it has a direct relationship with multiple labor fields. On many occasions these professionals do not have a university degree, however, because of their personal characteristics or their experience, they want quality training in this field.

This Program is necessary to access a series of contents that will be essential in a good work execution in the field of nutrition and make the most timely decision at all times based on new nutritional criteria.

Duración, estructura de créditos y titulación

La duración estimada para la realización del Máster Internacional en Nutrición y Dietética es de 2 años.

Respecto a la distribución del tiempo se establece que:

• Al ser un programa a distancia y no estar sujeto a clases presenciales, no se establece una fecha concreta de inicio, por lo que el alumno puede formalizar la matrícula en cualquier momento, siempre que haya plazas disponibles.
• El tiempo máximo del que se dispone para realizar el Programa es de 24 meses. En este período de tiempo, el alumno debe haber superado todas las evaluaciones correspondientes al programa.
