The University Master's Program in Aging constitutes an offer to the members of all the Degrees or Degrees for their academic and research training in different areas (health, educational, sociocultural, ethical-legal and management) involved in the study of human aging. Subject of great interest, given the progressive increase in the elderly population as well as the increasingly frequent displacement of care corresponding to the field of professionals. Hence, multidisciplinary knowledge is essential to provide a solution to the fundamental needs of this population; demand that will continue to grow in the immediate future since our Region constitutes a place of choice for the tourism of the third age as well as a stable residence for many elderly foreign citizens, and for the considerable deficits of attention structures that make the initiatives very significant community service provision, as well as the generation of programs to achieve a healthy old age, avoiding the uprooting of the elderly person from their environment and reducing their possible institutionalization.
