Coordinating University:University of Santiago de CompostelagoalsThe Official Master's Degree in Research and Development of Medicines, of researcher profile, aims to provide students with the interdisciplinary, theoretical and practical training necessary to develop research work, in the field of pharmacology or in the design and development of systems for drug release.

This Master was designed with two itineraries, pharmacology or pharmaceutical technology.
To carry out a specific itinerary, the student must take the optional subjects of the corresponding itinerary.
Alternatively, the student may take, at his choice, subjects from both itineraries.
Credit transfer and recognition:
Recognition of credits: consists of the acceptance by a university of the credits that were obtained in an official education, in the same or in another university, and that are computed in other different teachings for the purposes of obtaining an official degree.
Transfer of credits: implies that in the official academic documents accrediting the successive teachings for each student, the totality of the credits obtained in official teachings taken previously, in the same or in another university, that have not led to the obtaining of an official title.SaidasThe advanced multidisciplinary training acquired by the students of the Master in R&D in medicines places graduates in an advantageous position to enter the labor market, particularly in positions that require the design, development and management of research projects, either in the university field or in companies that dedicate a part of their capital to R + D + i, in particular the pharmaceutical industries.
