In addition to excellence in professional training, the Biomedicine course at Universidade Metodista allows students to get in touch with their professional career while still at the University. At the Clinical Analysis School Laboratory, students serve the community and have contact with technologies used in their day-to-day work, such as the Molecular Biology and Cell Culture Laboratory. At the Research Center, students can have contact with basic research and participate in Scientific Initiation projects in different areas: Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Experimental Oncology, among others. At the Neuroscience Center, students can work on research projects of great relevance to the area.
