Introduction
Brief description of the curriculum (interest area, features)
The French language veterinary education extends over a period of six years (bachelor and master) and is open to nationals of EU or non-EU countries who are fluent in French.
Applicants must demonstrate their Bachelor degree or equivalent. The procedure for admission to the faculty would like the final result of Bachelor (85%), letter (10%) and a letter of recommendation or volunteering certificate (5%).

GENERAL ADMISSION CONSIDERATIONS
at. May apply for this program Romanian citizens, foreign nationals of countries of the European Union / European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, as well as those of non-EU countries comply with legal provisions.
b. The Applications submission period to the Admission Secretariat of the Bucharest Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Splaiul Independente nr 105, sector 5 is from 05/02/2017 to 18/07/2017. The submission of complete files can be done personally by the candidate or by sending the documents required for admission by mail. Candidates who opt for receipt of applications by mail must complete an online pre-registration (http://fr.fmvb.ro).
c. Registration of candidates for veterinary licensing program - French education is possible only for the 1st grade.
A. Romanian citizens Candidates wishing to study the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of Bucharest - Teaching in French will submit a complete file with the Secretariat of the Bucharest Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Admissions during the period 02.05.2017- 07.18.2017, containing the following documents: - Application Form sent Rector of the University: - Diploma original bachelor; 2017 graduates who are not yet go to possess their degree, may temporarily deposit the certificate of education (following the matriculation exams) in original, issued by the graduated high school. - Letters of recommendation / volunteering certificates - Certificate of birth- certified copy of the original - Identity card -copy - Two passport photos - Medical certificate, proving the compatibility for the chosen field and the fact that the candidate does not suffer infecto-communicable diseases - supporting documents for the mastery of the French language (only for candidates who will not support the language proficiency test, minimum level B1) - payment order certifying the payment of costs evaluation of the application.
B. The citizens of the European Union, Romanian or foreign with residency abroad will submit a complete file with the Secretariat for admission to the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Bucharest-education in French, from 02/05/2017 to 18/07/2017 containing the following documents:
- The application form addressed to the Rector of the University - The bachelor's degree-equivalent or in original, accompanied by the translation apostilled in Romanian, French or English. - Transcript (certificate) for all years of secondary education, translation apostilled in Romanian, English or French - Letters of recommendation or certificates of volunteering - Birth certificate - translated and apostilled in Romanian, French or English - Letter acceptance for studies issued by the Ministry of National Eduction of Romania- Department of International Relations (www.edu.ro) for nationals of non-EU countries. The documents needed to obtain this document will be sent by the Bucharest USAMV the Ministry of Education. - The level of high school level studies eliberee Letter of Recognition by the Ministry of Education of Romania (http://www.cnred.edu.ro) for candidates from the European Union, Space European Economic or the Swiss Confederation. The documents needed to obtain this document will be sent by USAMV Bucharest with the Ministry of Education. - Payment Order dossier evaluation fee for the issuance of the letter of acceptance for studies (nationals of non-EU country) or letter of recognition of college level studies (nationals of EU countries).
- Passport (for nationals of non-EU countries) or identity card (citizens of the EU) and two copies of passport or identity card, including the photograph of the applicant, the date of issue and period validity of the document - Two passport photos - medical certificate certifying compatibility with the chosen field and the candidate does not suffer infecto-communicable diseases.
- Documents certifying mastery of the French language (only for candidates who will not support the language proficiency test, minimum level B1) - Payment Order of evaluation costs of the application - Certified copies of diploma degree or its equivalent and the birth certificate can be achieved with a public Notary Romania or the Romanian Embassy / Consulate of the Romanian country.
TAXES
The program licensing studies Veterinary Medicine - Education in French makes available to candidates: - 15 places financed by the state budget. These spaces can be occupied by contest only by Romanian citizens, EU nationals and people of Romanian citizenship with residence abroad - 15 seats requiring tuition; the annual amount (tuition fees) is 3900 euros / year of study. These places may beings occupied by contest by foreign citizens, Romanian citizens, EU nationals or Romanian citizenship to persons residing abroad.
Defense of the language proficiency test
The language proficiency test will be supported by the candidates that do not show in the registration dossier documentation that proves the mastery of the French language skills. This test can be sustained follows:
- Romanian citizens candidates with domicile in Romania and foreign nationals who will personally submit the documents to the Admission Secretariat of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of Bucharest will support the language proficiency test at the time of registration, of 02.05. 2017 18.7.2017.
- Romanian citizens candidates residing abroad and foreigners who pass their competition file by mail, will support the language proficiency test online (Skype), according to a prior appointment, in agreement with the candidate 02.05.2017 and the Admission of Secretariat 07.18.2017.
The evaluation of candidates will be done by a ALLOWED / NOT ALLOWED qualifier The result of the language proficiency assessment will be communicated to the candidate at the end of the defense of the race. Applicants who are nationals of countries whose official language is French, and who have, in their application documents confirming language skills, documents issued by accredited or authorized institutions will not stand the test of linguistic competence.

The essay must be between 600 and 1200 words.
The filing of the trial will be posted on the website http://fr.fmvb.ro/. The evaluation of the test will be done by scores between 1 and 10. The test result will represent 10% of the final result of the admission contest.
